We accept returns or exchanges due to image differences within 7 days of purchase.

Q. What is the warranty period? Can repairs be made if the product is damaged or malfunctions after purchase?
The warranty period is six months from the date of purchase.
Repairs within the warranty period will be provided free of charge. However, please note that repairs due to improper use by the customer or depending on the condition of the product may incur a fee.

Please bring the item you wish to have repaired to any WSP store or send it to WSP Customer Support.
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs when sending the item.
For International Customers -
Please bring the item you wish to have repaired to any WSP store when you visit Japan, or send it to WSP Customer Support.
Even within the warranty period, customers are responsible for the round-trip shipping costs from overseas.

Q. Do you offer tax-free shopping?
Tax-free shopping is available for foreign nationals who entered Japan within the past six months (excluding those working at a business establishment in Japan), and for Japanese nationals residing overseas who are temporarily staying in
Japan for less than six months.
When using a credit card, the name on the card must match the name on the passport. Tax-free procedures cannot be completed without a passport, so please make sure to bring the passport of the purchaser. If you entered Japan through an
automated gate and do not have a stamp, tax-free shopping cannot be processed as there is no proof of the entry date.

Q. Can I take my items home with me that day?
Yes, you can take the finished product home.
However, if you wish to change the length, hardware, order is being placed, or special processing, you will receive the product at a later date.

In accordance with the government's guidelines, which leave "wearing masks indoors" to individual judgment, at WSP, we also leave the decision to wear masks inside the store to our customers and staff. If you prefer to be served by
staff wearing masks, please feel free to let us know.

We do not accept repair or processing of items brought to us, except for items purchased at our store.
